This month Justin Swall and Christan Martin will be doing a deep dive into Professional Service Automation tools for the IT Service Provider.
Known simply as PSAs in the industry, these tools give your business one place to manage the client experience including Service Requests, Project Management, Time Tracking, Billing, and Financial Reporting while also syncing to most major accounting packages such as QuickBooks and Xero. Many also include Marketing, Procurement, and Sales Opportunity tracking as well.
Justin Swall of West Coast Technology Guides and Christian Martin of Denali Consulting will show you how they use these tools to manage their business, get more done, and bill accurately
PSA tools covered will include:
- ConnectWise PSA (formally ConnectWise Manage)
- Nilear OS (MTX Add-On for ConnectWise Manage)
- Syncro MSP
Dinner will be provided for OCCA members attending this month's meeting beginning at 6:15 pm.
If able, please RSVP on Meetup.com so we have an accurate headcount for dinner. Thanks!
As this meeting will include a live demonstration of these tools in a production environment, this meeting is for OCCA members and their invited guests only. If you would like to attend and are not yet an OCCA member, please reach out to an existing member to sponsor your attendance of this meeting.
West Coast Technology Guides
Justin had his first experience with computers when he was 2-years-old. His family purchased an Atari 130XE and he’s been obsessed with technology ever since. Never being willing to stand still, he's been on a life-long journey of learning and finding out "what's next". This journey has led him into supporting Windows networks, servers, and desktops for more than 20 years. Justin also serves as Treasurer and Immediate Past President of the OCCA.
Christian has over 15 years of experience in the IT field. He provides both IT advising and technical support to small and medium-sized businesses. Christian understands the needs of business owners. He has the ability to resolve day-to-day issues and the experience to help businesses build an IT plan that will help them move forward. IT is filled with its own vocabulary and no shortage of acronyms, but Christian is able to explain technical issues in everyday terms. He acts as both IT department and CTO, leaving business owners and their employees free to focus on the responsibilities of the business.
Christian’s experience and flexibility allow him to work with clients to determine what the best solution is for them. The client’s requirements for compliance, expense, and flexibility of growth determine whether a completely hosted (cloud) solution, an internally hosted solution, or a combination of the two is the most appropriate.
